O. Park apartments is a multifamiliar apartments project, part of  the 3rd year studio at the UPR, Architecture School. The given task was to achieve a multifamiliar apartment solution in Ocean Park, Puerto Rico, steps from famous Ocean Park Beach in San Juan. The project goal is to connect with its urban, active and tropical zone, while providing the apartment quantity needs in Puerto Rico’s capital. The building provides flexible rentable space, long and short term, with buying oportunity.

The modular design, with simple shifting movements, permits a strong congruent language, quality of spaces around the building and inside the aparments, and a convenient construction process.
