As part of Central City’s O.C. Haley Boulevard in New Orleans, LA, this multi-familiar affordable housing project, has two (2) main goals: First, As a whole, the focus is on inclusiveness; to be able to include and provide interaction between these systems for its residents. Second, for its users, the focus is to provide senior citizens, residents of the complex, Interaction, Entertainment and Nature Empathy.
