Torrellas+Barbeito Residence is a unifamiliar house project, part of the 3rd year studio project at the UPR Architecture School. A mid age couple’s residence designed in Ocean Park, Puerto Rico, steps from famous Ocean Park Beach in San Juan. 

The design is based directly on client needs, likes, feelings, and others, by having the couple close to the design process, as clients. Torrellas-Barbeito family are an active couple, where fiests and social gatherings occurs frecuently, and cycling is the main family sport and bussiness.
